Study On The Ways To Improve The Function Of Our Government Supervision

Our country’s administrative supervision is the supervision and inspection to set up in theadministrative system for supervision organs to other staff of state administrative organs, civilservants and appointed by state administrative organs to exercise state power andadministrative activities. The function of the administrative supervision is the duties andfunctions of administrative supervision in accordance with the law to fulfill the function ofour administrative supervision, including supervision, the supervision of law enforcement andsupervision.In this paper, through the analysis and comparison of the administrative supervision inour country related laws, regulations, policies and documents analysis of other scholarsresearch results, and a summary of our country’s administrative supervision practice, thispaper describes and analyzes the deficiency of administrative supervision in China, and in thelight of the functions of administrative supervision of China can not give full play to the causeof put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Is expounded in this paper, the connotation of the administrative supervision in ourcountry and the function of the administrative supervision function, role, and the status ofimplementation of the administrative supervision in foreign countries are introduced toreaders a better understanding of the overseas administrative supervision have whatcharacteristic, so that we can learn from foreign experience. Then, from the macro to micro,step by step the function of administrative supervision in China play facing difficulties, anddescribes in detail the plight of the Department of supervision system, operation mechanism,internal administrative, personnel and other reasons.
