Study On Rural Social Old-age Security In Poor Mountainous Areas Of Hebei Province

In recent ten years, China’s social security system construction into the fast lane, theconstruction speed, public investment, the livelihood of the people benefit from the breadthare hitherto unknown. However, as China’s urbanization, labor and residents between urbanand rural areas increases the flow, flow speed, rural social old-age security potential problemsemerged, impoverished and a mountainous area young a lot of migrant workers, pensionissues of rural family impoverished and a mountainous area is more serious. China’s ruraldevelopment today, due to the impact of the economic development and people’s living levelnot higher factor, family pension mode is still the main form of rural pension system.However, maintaining the rural old-age family pension mode with the development of socialeconomy, the changes of family structure, population flow and pension concept change, itsguarantee function is degraded, the rural old-age security needs of the increasingly urgent.The rural elderly population in poverty mountainous area is a special vulnerable groupsin the aging population. In the overall development of urban and rural social security systemconstruction process, how to ensure the rural aging population this huge and special interestsof vulnerable groups, which in-depth and meticulous research, is of great theoretical andpractical significance.This paper takes Laiyuan County of Hebei Province as an example, throughquestionnaire survey, interviews and other methods, based on the data collected, in-depthanalysis of the status quo of rural economic development and social security, find out theexisting rural old-age security development problems and difficulties, and then find out thecause of poverty in social pension security system problems, combined with the operationsituation of poor mountainous areas of special regional economic conditions and the ruralold-age security, then put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions toimprove the rural old-age security impoverished and a mountainous area.
