With the coming of the information age, the network has opened a new era in themainstream media. A number of successful cases of network anti-corruption proves thatnetwork supervision is an important weapon to fight against corruption. The mainpurpose of this study is to elaborate the problems of network anti-corruption in Chinawith typical cases of network supervision,research causes of problems,offer aneffective way to anti-corruption.This study uses the literature analysis, combining withempirical analysis, and theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, it summed up the relevant results of the domestic and international researchon network anti-corruption. Then, the anti-corruption through internet is characterized bypopularity of supervision subject, variety of supervision carrier and diversification ofsupervision object.Secondly, this paper summarizes the three status of anti-corruption in China withtypical cases of network supervision: first, there is an increasing number ofanti-corruption cases through network supervision; second, the government put moreemphasis on the network anti-corruption; third, network supervision of anti-corruptionmakes its way in the dispute. The present study finds that anti-corruption throughnetwork supervision has the following six major problems: first, reasonable degree ofsupervision subject is not high; second,"public opinion" of supervision subject is limited;third, network information is seriously distorted; fourth, web information is easilyexposed; fifth, the system for network anti-corruption is not perfect and there is a lack ineffective law regulation.Thirdly, all this results from the following five aspects: first, the overall quality ofnetizens is not high, which is represented by lower cultural quality, weak legal awarenessand moral consciousness; second, the network media has weaker sense of responsibility;third, part of individual government needs to be improved; fourth, supervision is notstandardized; fifth, there is a lack of the basic legal system.Finally, to develop the network supervision an effective way to anti-corruption, the following measures may be valid: to speed up the construction of a clean and honestadministration network, and improve the comprehensive quality of Internet users; tooptimize network environment, strengthen the construction of hardware and software; tohave a rational knowledge about network anti-corruption supervision, and enhance theinteraction between the government and its people; to sort out the working line, andstrengthen the working mechanism; to improve the legal system, and introduce thespecial legal.
