In recent years, our country’s social and economic develop rapidly, people’s livingstandards continue to improve, in order to meet the needs of the development of China’seconomy, major projects is more and more Many major projects involves a lot ofimmigrants. Resettlement involves the vital interests of the migrant, it often cause a lotof harm to social stable, so it is meaningful to research the evolution law of socialstable risk caused by migration of major project to reduce and prevent society stablerisk, to ensure the construction of the project smoothly, and conducive to the healthydevelopment of the society in our country. In this paper, it centre on the evolution andevaluation system of social stable risk of immigration by major project.Firstly, this paper study the documents of social stable risk through theconstruction of major projects at home and abroad in recent years, on the basis of this itidentify the risk factors of social stable risk of immigrants on major projects, such asthe loss of the original life resource, low compensation standard and so on more than40risk factors.Secondly,the evolution law of the social stable risk is made.The result is thatthese risk factors lead to the nine problems,including the loss of a job, lowcompensation amount, the high cost of living, large difference of compensation,marginalized, imperfect government organizations, government decision-makingdefects, immigration health is not guaranteed, the life of migration is threatened. Theseproblems will ultimately lead to the four immigration impoverishment risks, risks ofpsychological imbalance, the government’s credibility to reduce risk and personal risk,these become the risk source of the social stable. Although these potential risks willnot directly lead to the instable of the society, but because our country social mechanismis not sound, legal consciousness of immigrants factors is poor,which is not resolved intime and accumulate, as the spreading of risk it continues to be amplified, eventuallylead to a greater risk, under the action of external accidental factors,the risk isdetonated, then it grow to collective petitions, laid siege to the government, whichendanger social stable.Thirdly, this paper established the social stable risk evaluation index system ofmigration by major project, and apply the entropy method and intensity function toestablish risk evaluation model. Finally, to make the evaluation of the social stable risk of migration by majorproject, it carried on the preliminary discussion of the social stable risk evaluationprinciples, objects, processes, methods and models, and preventive measures. Theresearch of this paper provide rationalization proposal to ensure the effect of therunning of the evaluation of social stable by migration of major project.
