A Study On The Equalization Of Public Cultural Servise In Guangzhou

The Research on the the equalization of the public cultural service is a subject of greatconcern in many cities at home and abroad. Currently, from the actual economic and socialdevelopment of Guangzhou, accelerating the construction of public cultural service system ofGuangzhou is of great importance from both national and local level. At present, the publicculrural service system has been widely studied by both domestic and foreign experts andscholars, but the research production which concerns the autual situation of Guangzhou is notso much. The paper reviews the achievements of the study on the equalization of the publiccultural service at home and abroad, makes a research on the evaluation index system of theequalization of the public cultural service, and proposes a research framework andmeasurement system which is suitable for Guangzhou.Furthermore, the paper makes a research on the public cultural service system ofGuangzhou using qualitative analysis, data comparative analysis and survey analysis, andpoints out the main existing problems and their causes. On the basis of the in-depth study onthe developed countries like France, UK, Australia and America, as well as the cities such asBeijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, the paper summarizes the advanced experience and putsforward ten suggestions to improve the equalization of public cultural service in Guangzhou.
