Study On Equalization Level Measurement Of Sports Public Service In China And The Countermeasures

To promote equal sports public services can promote social and economic rapid development.To narrow the gap in development among regions,and to promote people's all-round development help to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and also help to achieve the goal as one of the important goals of perfecting the public finance system.At present,people's living standards improve,leisure time increase,and the demand for sports public services is increasing.With the arrival of the aging society in China,it is not only the need of individual development,but also the need of economic and social development.The research on the equalization of sports public service is helpful to promote the equalization of sports public service.This paper firstly summarizes status of sports public services,methods,as well as perspective.Secondly it elaborates some related concepts,and through the construction of sports public services equalization index system it analyses China's equalization of sports public service status.With the main statistical data based on data from 2013 to 2014(data from the "Sports Statistics Yearbook" and "China statistical yearbook"),it discusses the issue using entropy method,AHP method and TOPSIS method in data processing,using EXCEL software to cope with provincial panel data analysis.The results show that the overall level of China's sports public service is low,and the service level is different.The main reasons are due to unbalanced economic development,insufficient investment,low efficiency of resource allocation and so on.This article put forwards practical measures and suggestions on how to improve the level of equalization from the aspects of concept,policy,service-reforming.
