E-government, information to the public management functions levels of governmentbrought great improvement, e-government has become a strategic choice of the world’sgovernments innovative public management reforms. But governments are generally troubledby the e-government project success rate is not high, the project can not meet the target, thetime limit has become the norm, the application performance is difficult to achieve continuousimprovement.In this paper, the theory of public management decision-making and implementationtheory, organization and management theory, game theory, public administration reform andinnovation, based on the use of literature analysis, in-depth interviews, comparative studiesand participatory surveys and other methods to study the current organization andmanagement of e-government issues.Combined with practical examples, an overview of the development and progress ofe-government, e-government practices by comparison and evaluation of success abroad,discusses the development of e-government and organizational management features; andemergence of e-government in the development process of many issues an objective analysisof different e-government development organization and management model and its impacton the level of development at all levels of government e-government for a summaryassessment of the factors currently affecting the development of China’s e-governmentconducted in-depth research; and Guangdong quality supervision system of e-governmentdevelopment as an example of empirical research; Finally, CIO of e-government organizationand management model is more suitable for the organization and management of the use ofe-government development model, and put forward specific policy recommendations...
