This study attempts to adopt the method of qualitative research,through to the northwest region in a large state-owned enterprises (JGgroup) field investigation, and on the basis of the full possession offirst-hand information, from the perspective of sociology of newinstitutionalism to explore and analysis in the process of markettransition in our country the status of the large state-owned enterprisetrade union role change.
