Rural Group Event About Land Expropriation

At present, China is experiencing the specific period of transformation. The traditionalsociety is transformed into modern society; meanwhile the agricultural society is transformedinto industrial society. The transformation of the society has made a great impact on the wholecountry. Especially, that the rural group event which is caused by the expropriation of ruralland occurs frequently threatens the national lasting stability and peace. Only the governmenttakes effective measures and proper treatment to prevent the happening of rural group event,the development of our country’s rural society can be stable and the socialism construction ofmodernization can develop better.This dissertation mainly adopted the methods of literature research and documentationresearch to all-directionally analyze the characteristics and current treatment actuality of ruralgroup event. Besides, the dissertation also used the ways and theories of factor chain in thetheory of public crisis to explore the countermeasures of rural group event about landexpropriation.Except the introduction and conclusion, this dissertation includes three parts. The firstpart mainly describes the rural group event about land expropriation. Firstly, the connotationof rural group event about land expropriation is defined; secondly, the current treatmentactuality of rural group event about land expropriation is retrospect; lastly, the dissertationanalyzes the relationship between rural group events about land expropriation and rural landdisputes. The second part in the view of factor chain theory adopts the Tongan Event inSuzhou to explain the generation and development of rural group event about landexpropriation. At first, the dissertation analyzes the social elements of rural group event aboutland expropriation, and then it analyzes the emergency response capability of localgovernment, at last, the causation of rural group event about land expropriation is analyzed.The Third part of the dissertation is about the prevention and governance and prevention ofrural group event about land expropriation. It mainly discusses the prevention capacity beforethe happening of rural group event, the coping capacity in the happening and theadministrative capacity after the rural group.
