Thereare a lot of incentives for emergencies, greatly increases the likelihood of prison emergencies.Prison incident is extremely destructive, causing significant negative psychological and socialimpact on the population.All the time, prison at all levels attach great importance to emergencies emergencymanagement. But due to historical and realistic reasons, overall, our country jail emergenciesin the emergency management theory research and practice research, can’t meet the demandof prison emergency management in the new period.
