Law Research On China’s Purchase Limitation Orders Of Houses

I think the regulation of real estate is a hot issue at present, it attracts moreand more attention from all walks of life. The govenrment issued the purchaseorder to control pirces better, and adjust the tensive relationship between supplyand demand of real estate. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the real estatepurchase of our country on the basic of previous research results.This article expounds from four aspects as following:The ifrst part is an overview of China’s real estate purchase order. Firstly, Iintroduce the purchase order brielfy, and introduce its background. Once more，through the analysis of several relevant documents, I conclude the content of thepurchase order. Finally, I introduce the present situation of that order, which hasbeen divided into two levels of central and local policies. The second part is theanalysis of the purchase order’s purpose and its control effect. The third part isthe analysis of the legal matters about the purchase order. The fourth part is theimprovement advice of real estate purchase order.Through the data analysis and legal analysis, I believe that there are manydifficult law problems of purchase order, and the effect of regulation is not ideal.Therefore, I suggest cancel the purchase policy, and take other means to replaceit.
