A Study On Social Risk Management Of Chuanfang Community In Kunming

China is in a transition period of gradual decline in certainty and uncertainty gradually increased. With the speeding up of the modernization and urbanization, a large number of migrant workers into cities, populated communities. However, migrant workers living in urban communities exhibited strong heterogeneity due to the institutional, social, personal and other aspects. They keep the country as a low-cost, industrialization and modernization of an important competitive advantage in human capital but also brought a negative impact to the city. It has become one of the main social risks facing China currently.This paper selects Chuanfang Community of the most representative communities inhabited by migrant workers and the largest villages in the city of Kunming as the object of study. It analysis the situation, problems, risk, reasons and countermeasures with the methods of questionnaires, interviews, and literature research about the Chuanfang Community. This article puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems, avoid the risk, in order to provide a decision-making reference about the Chuanfang Community development in the future.A large number of migrant workers live in community of city not only a typical phenomenon in the urbanization process, but also the necessity of developing community in the process of modernization. At present, the social risk management mechanism is not perfect, especially the grassroots community gathered a lot of risk, risk awareness is still in formation, management is still lacking. Chuanfang Community as the research object to explore its present management status quo, existing problems, and think about its possible social risk, analysis its causes and put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures, is of great theoretical and practical significance for the migrant workers live in community research. The typical phenomenon in Chuanfang Community will be able to view and risen from individual to general, found out the same problems and risk other communities of migrant workers live and put forward countermeasures against this problems and risk. It can provide reference information for the management of migrant workers and the communities about migrant workers live.
