Research On The Innovation Of Social Management Of Resettlement Community

Along with our country city urbanization accelerated, planning measures which are imple-mented in order to expand the city size such as: open up new district construction, demo-lition, construction, urban transformation, will inevitably result in the problems that indige-nousresidents lived in these area will be moved out. However due to the urban-rural du-al structurewhich has been carried out for a long time, resident status lived in these reset-tlement becomecitizens from farmers, but they still have huge differences with the city co-mmunity. It is a route thatwe must take to promote the transformation from resettlement community to the city community andan important choice for us to improve the quality of living for our city residents. Experiences andproblems in the completed resettlement sho-uld be studied since it has great strategicsignificance and practical significance for further promote the present and in the future to furtherpromote integration of urban and rural in t-he current and in the further.In this paper, the demolition resettlement community was made as the research object, c-haracteristics and differences between the resettlement community and other types of co-mmunitywas compared starting from the community management mode. Yiyuan commu-nity in NantongCity was made as a case to study. Achievements that were gotten and the problems that shows upduring the process of management were analyzed, and these pr-oblems were further discussed bythe innovation of social management in levels of planni-ng and the rule of law. This paper willdiscuss as the following three parts:The first part: Basic concepts which are related to the resettlement community will be def-ined.Characteristics of resettlement community will be described and differences betwee-nresettlement community and rural community or city community will also be discussed. The second part: Taking Yiyuan community in Nantong as an example, combined with theactual investigation, achievements that were gotten and the problems that shows up duri-ng theprocess of management will be analyzed, reasons that result in these problems will be discussed.The third part: The necessity of transformation from the resettlement community to the ci-tycommunity will be discussed from planning strategy and legal strategy point of view. M-oretargeted and more effective coping strategies will be put forward for the innovation of socialmanagement of resettlement community.
