Study On Community Governance Of Zishan Town Demolition And Resettlement In Hui'an County

In order to integrate into the overall planning layout of the "one bay and two wings" in Quanzhou City,in November 2011,Zishan Town of Hui'an County launched the reconstruction of the front section of the high-speed rail station and established three demolition and resettlement communities.After nearly three years of practice,the community management of Zishan Town demolition and resettlement has achieved obvious results and summarized some experiences.However,there are still many problems,which not only affect the lives of residents who have been relocated and resettled,but also are not conducive to the harmonious development of society.Therefore,taking Zishan Town demolition and resettlement community governance as the research topic,for improving the demolition and resettlement community governance,reduce the demolition and resettlement community governance costs and improve the governance effectiveness;It is of great theoretical and practical significance to build harmonious zishan and promote the effective formation of "co-construction,co-governance and shared governance".Guided by the new public service theory and multi-center governance theory,this paper adopts research methods such as literature analysis,field research,household interviews,and comparative analysis,based on the existing research results of the academic community and the existing domestic community governance practices of demolition and resettlement.Research on community management of zishan town demolition and resettlement in huian county.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relocation community of Zishan Town in Hui'an County and analyzes its characteristics.Secondly,the paper summarizes the results of community governance in Zishan Town of Hui'an County,and analyzes the difficulties and reasons of governance.Finally,on the basis of the domestic experience of community management of demolition and resettlement,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen community governance of Zishan Town of Hui'an County.Based on the practice of community governance in zishan town of huian County,this paper makes an innovative exploration in two aspects: on the content of the research,from four aspects: governance object,governance subject,governance mechanism,governance content,etc..And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;In the research method,the field investigation and interview are taken as the realistic basis of the research,and the guiding significance of the countermeasures is enhanced.
