Study On Rigid Management Of Demolition And Resettlement Communities

In recent years,the pace of urbanization in my country has been accelerating,and the demand for land use has increased.A large number of rural lands around cities have been collectively acquired,resulting in a large number of demolition and resettlement communities.These communities are mostly on the fringe of cities.Although they are similar to urban communities in terms of infrastructure and organizational structure,they are quite different from urban communities in terms of personnel structure and lifestyle.Simple urban management models do not match the realistic needs of social governance in demolition and resettlement communities.Consequently,a large number of contradictions and conflicts erupt in short order.,which directly affect the stability and harmony of the entire society.Grid management uses digital and information methods to change passive response to active discovery,fully mobilizing various forces in the community and maximizing the efficiency and level of grassroots social governance.At present,grid management has gained a lot of experience in urban communities.How to apply it to the management of demolition and resettlement communities according to local conditions has extremely positive significance in promoting grassroots governance and maintaining social stability.This paper takes the Dasan Community in Changzhou as the research object.Through field investigation,it is found that the demolition resettlement communities generally have common management difficulties such as poor governance system,insufficient service supply,and low community participation enthusiasm.On the basis of clarifying the concept of grid management in demolition and resettlement communities and the related theories used,it is clear through investigation and analysis that the demolition and resettlement communities have basically met the conditions for grid management in terms of hardware facilities and management foundations.At the same time,the implementation of grid management also has advantages in terms of smoother system,better service,and wider participation.Then,combined with the basic situation and specific practice of grid management in the Dasan Community of Changzhou City,it is found that the implementation of grid management in the demolition and resettlement community can not only solve the dilemma of governance system and governance capabilities to a certain extent,but also achieve results such as improving management concepts,improving management efficiency,and strengthening public participation.Of course,in the process of implementing grid management,communities still have problems such as lagging concepts,poor mechanisms,and low levels.Through detailed analysis of the causes of these problems and combined with the actual situation of community management for demolition and resettlement,suggestions are put forward for optimizing the grid management of the Dasan Community area from the aspect of the management concept,management mechanism and the management level.
