The Existing Problems&Strategies Research In Regard To Wu Jin National Tax Education Training

Training for primary level national tax civil servant is the important way toimprove the business ability and overall quality of civil servant team. This article isbased on the actual training work to the civil servant in national tax bureau in Wu Jindistrict and collect the data and under the guide of theory of human capital， new publicmanagement&training requisite assessment to reasearch the current status and existingproblems of training in Wu Jin district national tax bureau.There are3aspects exist in the training job of national tax bureau in Wu Jin district:1. The training method should be deeped with the extend of training scale;2. incentivemechanism should be built with the protrude key points of education training;3. Thetraining result should be cheched with the imcrease of training input. The reason afterreasearch mainly in3aspects:1. At the aspect of training opinion， some leaders holdthe deviation awareness on the value of training. The training has not be treated as themain way of the human resource. The opinion like “training master or training useless”still are existing.2. At the aspect of training system， some factors like imperfectionincentive mechanism， unscientific training assessment system are existing.3. At theaspect of training implementation， training material is out of date and the purpose oftraining is not clear and not targeted properly.To optimize the training work at Wu Jin national tax bureau， it should be improvedfrom following aspects: insist the idea “people foremost”, maximize the mixing if teamgoals and individual goals, protude the core to improve the overall quality of leader, buildthe platform to accelerate the leader to develop in an all-around way, assess after the eventto establishing and improving education training assessment system.
