| Non-Party cadres are special and important components of our cadres. They make an important contribution to the reform and opening up and economic and social development of the country. Under the new situation, it is the key content and task for a young non-Party cadres training to improve their ability of political grasp, politics, organizational leadership and working in cooperation. How to enhance the scientific management of training programs and to improve training effectiveness becomes an important topic of non-party cadres training.Using modern project management theory, the thesis researches the management method of training program of young non-party cadres in Nanning. Aim for the existing problems in the young non-party cadres training program of Nanning, we propose project management models and methods which have certain universality and effectiveness. The main research work is as follows:(1)The basic situation and the current status of the training program of young non-party cadres in Nanning are investigated. The research shows that there are some problems such as a single training approach, lacking of training target, evaluation mechanisms and standard management.(2) Aiming to the current problems, the feasibility of implementing project management for the non-party cadres training is analyzed and the basic management methods are proposed.(3)Based on the scientific management theory, the process model of management was set up. Combining with the characteristics of non-party cadres training, the management system of non-party cadres training including five aspects of training programs starting, planning, implementing, controlling and finishing are put forward. It also gives the specific implementation scheme of each process.(4) The proposed management plan is carried out in practice in a training program of non-party young cadres in Nanning. The practical research valuates the effectiveness of the management approach and the promotion of management to training programs. For the practice problems in training, we make improved measures.The management methods of this study will have reference to the other non-Party cadres training programs in other counties and cities. |
