After the reform and opening up, China’s economic development get fast, andpublic demand of people will continue to change. This situation put forward newrequirements to the level of the supply of public service of all levels of localgovernment. The county government belongs to the local government, in the keyposition of a connecting link in our regime setting, undertakes the importantresponsibility to meet the people’s needs of the public. It is particularly important thatstudy public service supply of county government and understand how to improve thelevel of county government supply of public services to meet the growing need ofpublic.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature study and comparative analysisof relevant theories of public service method to sort out. At the same time the papercollect data through the survey and empirical research. Research on the currentsituation of county government public service, we can study the way to upgrade thelevel of public service supply of County government.This paper takes Dengzhou City Hall as research object, on the basis of the basicsituation of Dengzhou, analyzes the achievements and problems in the supply ofpublic services of Dengzhou City Hall. Dengzhou city in improving public servicesand constantly improve the supply environment, increase spending on public services,pay attention to the supply of public services to improve the level of. But the supplyof public services in Dengzhou city there are still insufficient supply, the supplystructure is irrational and other issues.Then, analysis of the current situation on the basis of Dengzhou City, combinedwith the specific situation in Dengzhou City, from the specific to the general effect ofthe causes of the public service of county government in the analysis of two aspectsof subjective and objective factors, including the public service concept, lack ofpublic services are unclear responsibilities, supply mechanism is not perfect and thesupervision mechanism. Finally, aiming at the above problems and causes, this paper put forwardcountermeasures to improve the level of public service supply of the countygovernment and the city of Dengzhou. First, public service supply clearresponsibilities at all levels of government, the transformation of governmentfunctions; secondly, to improve the public finance system of county government,enrich the public service infrastructure; to establish the concept of public service, thegovernment’s public service capacity; again to set up to the public as the supplymechanism of public services wizard, build diversified supply mode; finally, perfectthe supervision evaluation mechanism, improve the performance of public services ofthe county government.
