Study On The Problem Of Public Services Supply Of Zhidan Country’s Governments,Shaanxi Province

The people’s living standards have markedly improved under the background of building a well-off society in the present,to a certain extent,the public service supply level become to measure a region an important symbol of people’s living quality,county government as an essential part of the central government to effectively manage local of government,undertake the important responsibility in public service supply.This responsibility requires both the county government should seize meet diversified demand residents the opportunity to enhance their own capability,also to overcome its own on ideology、system and mechanism problems. Research help to overcome this contradiction that the problems of the government at the county level public service supply current our county urban and rural public services supply shortage and excess demand,but also to improve the ares at the county level public service supply capacity and county-level region farmer’s life satisfaction and happiness.This paper takes the Zhidan County of Shaanxi Province as the research object,according to the actual situation of the supply of public services in Zhidan County,analyzes the existing problems in the supply of public services in Zhidan county. Mainly starting from five aspects of the supply subject、supply object、supply content、supply mode and supply performance evaluation,pointed out that the current Zhidan County Government in public service provision exists problem such as main supply of unknown powers and responsibilities、supply objects express channel is not clear、the single of the supply mode and the imperfect of supply performance evaluation mechanism and so on.According to the above problems, the author embarks from Zhidan County, analyzes the reason of the problem, pointed out that the main reason is that the county government’s public service concept is backward、the functional positioning is not accurate、financial shortage、the relevant system is not perfect and so on. Finally,in view of the problems and reasons,the paper put forward countermeasures to promote the level of public service supply in Zhidan county government. First of all,we should innovate the service concept of the county government;and secondly,clear the main responsibility of the government’s public service supply, and again to express the interests of the residents;in addition to improve the supply of public services and government financial resources;and finally establish and improve the supply of public services and government related systems.
