Research On Public Legal Service Supply Of Z County Government

Public Legal Service is an important aspect of the government's public service,an basic guarantee for the rule of law in an all-round way,and an important measure to protect and improve people's livelihood.To strengthen the supply of public legal service and to form a modern public legal service system covering urban and rural areas,which is convenient,efficient and equal,is the internal demand of the supply of public legal service in our country.This paper studies the supply of Public Legal Services in Z county,and through the analysis of its supply problems and causes,puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing supply.it can play a certain role of reference for the basic judicial administrative organs to carry out public legal services,and is conducive to the better functioning of the Basic Ministry of Justice and the provision of higher-quality public legal services,let the People's rights be better protected.Based on the new public service theory and the basic-level government function theory,this paper sorts out and expounds the theoretical basis of public legal service.And through empirical research,through consulting materials,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot interview and other methods to obtain survey data,to expound the concrete practice of public legal service supply in Z county.This paper introduces the supply department,content and mode of public legal service supply in Z county,and realizes the concrete effect of the increasingly thick legal atmosphere in society,the expansion of legal service network and the more convenient handling of legal matters.At the same time,there are the following problems in the process of public legal service supply,one is the lack of the sense of acquisition of public legal service,the other is the weak supply team of public legal service,and the third is the insufficient guarantee of public legal service funds.Through an in-depth study of the problems existing in the supply of public legal services,the following reasons are found out: first,insufficient attention has been paid to the work of public legal services,this is manifested in the insufficient attention paid by the government leadership,insufficient attention paid to financialsupport,resulting in insufficient investment and lack of in-depth and targeted work at the grass-roots level;second,the unscientific management system,this is reflected in the shift in business focus as a result of dual management and the need for reform of internal management mechanisms;third,inadequate team building,which is reflected in the shortage of personnel and the need to optimize the composition of the team;and fourth,the absence of publicity work,the performance is not high in the main body of publicity and the lack of new media capacity.Based on the analysis of the above four reasons,this paper puts forward to solve the problems in the supply of public legal services from the following four aspects:first,from the top-level design,financial support,grass-roots level to improve the degree of attention.Second,the administration system reform should be carried out from vertical administration and business department reorganization.Third,strengthen the team buliding from two aspects of making up the shortage of the establishment and optimizing the team of talents.Fourth,do a good job of publicity from two aspects of multi-department cooperation and improving the ability of new media application.
