Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Community Pension Service In Qinghe Town,Qinghe County

With the acceleration of aging in our country,the problem of old-age has become one of many social problems.Our government and all walks of life are constantly exploring effective methods to solve this problem.At present,the old-age way of our country mainly includes the family old-age,the institution old-age and the community old-age.Institutional pension refers to the concentration of the elderly in a special pension institution,so as to provide all-round care.Family care refers to the material,medical,daily care and other work of the elderly by the family.Community pension refers to the elderly do not leave the family,by the community of relevant services and staff to provide services.With the development of China's social and economic development and Because of the change of family structure and other reasons,the function of family providing for the aged is weaker and weaker in our country,but the institutional pension can not satisfy the huge group of elderly people in our country because of the accelerating process of aging population in our country.In this case,community pension has gradually become the first choice for the elderly in China.Compared with the family old-age and the institutional old-age,the community-based old-age can be said to take the community as the fusion point,which combines the advantages of the family-aged and the institutional-aged,and can effectively solve the problem of the elderly in our country.Compared with the old-age service and institutional pension service,the development of community-based pension in China is relatively slow.In addition,in the past,the majority of community pension services in China have been studied.The research is based on the urban community old-age service in our country,and the research on the urban community pension service can be said to be relatively few.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.In this part,the research background and significance are mainly introduced.Secondly,the domestic and foreign literatures about community pension service are reviewed and summarized.It also introduces the research contents and methods,finally,the innovation of the paper and the shortcomings of the paper.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the related concepts,this part firstly defines the concept of community old-age work and community old-age service,and then briefly introduces the theory adopted in this paper.The third part is the investigationand analysis of the present situation of the old-age service in the community on the cultural north road of Qinghe Town.First,it briefly introduces the basic situation of Qinghe County,as well as Qing.River County Qinghe Town and Culture North Road community pension service basic situation.The fourth part analyzes the problems and reasons of the old-age service in the community of cultural north road.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the existing problems and reasons.The sixth part is the conclusion.
