Research On The Problems Of Community Pension Service

With the continuous development of economy and society,the aging trend of China's population is intensified,and the problems of disablement and empty-nest become prominent.The contradiction between supply and demand of China's elderly care service is also becoming more and more serious.As a major issue concerning people's livelihood,the elderly care issue has become a social focus issue that needs to be properly solved.Solving this issue properly plays a fundamental role in the long-term stability and development of the society.The aging of the population has put forward a new test for the pension model,and the contradiction between the original family pension and the elderly pension needs has become increasingly acute.Under this background,the integrated home-based pension model has become the best way to solve the elderly pension problem.In the context of accelerating the construction of modern urbanization in China,and "village-to-residence" communities have become the mode chosen for the reconstruction of "urban villages" in most cities,this paper discusses the home-based care for the elderly in accordance with the needs of the elderly.It is an urgent issue to discuss how to integrate resources to provide the elderly with a higher level of services.At present,our country is actively promoting the community pension model.As a community with a serious aging population,Ba Yai Yu community in Tai Shan District is actively promoting the community pension model.Therefore,this paper chooses Ba Yai Yu community as the research object,which has a strong representativeness.In the process of discussion,this paper adopts a variety of different methods,based on the needs of community governance,first of all,the concept and related theories of the terms related to "village residential" community endowment are elaborated.Then to Tai Shan district to light valley community endowment service as the object,with its present in the pension services is introduced,the actual practice of recycling questionnaire,investigating the body of the part related to the community endowment,to understand more directly to the current in the community endowment demand,service,satisfaction evaluation,combined with the results of the investigation on the elderly community endowment related,such as emotion,behavior,communication,analyzes several levels such as matter,health,found that although thecommunity actively promote community endowment service pattern,but its still exist great shortage.For example,the supply of community pension service sites is insufficient,the supply and demand of community pension service is unbalanced,the fund guarantee of community pension service is insufficient,and the professional level of community pension service is not high.In the process of the research,the root causes of these deficiencies were analyzed,and corresponding improvement strategies were proposed based on the specific needs of the elderly in the elderly care service,so as to promote the development of community elderly care service towards standardization,standardization and scientific direction,and enable the elderly to have a higher level of elderly life.
