Research On The Way Of Political Culture Spreading In CCCP

Since1917, the triumph of the October Revolution, in order to consolidate the regime, Communist Party of the Soviet Union(CPSU) had been devoted itself to popularize a brand new system of political culture in CCCP. So, Pavlik Morozov is the most suitable case to study. Since1932, Pavlik had become a very famous adolescent hero in CCCP from an obscure boy living in a remote village in Ural in a short time. Pavlik not only spreads the political culture effectively, achieve the goal of the authority, but also overthrows the traditional system of Russia value, influences a generation of Soviet civics deeply.According the framework, the essay is consist of seven parts.The first part is introduction, the author presented the goal and significance of this essay, the research status, the research approach, theories and methods, and the framework and research idea. In the second part, the author mainly analyzed the background of fabricating Pavlik. In the author’s opinion, the tense phenomenon of the high level of the CPSU, the beginning of industrialization and agricultural collectivization, the forming of Stalinism political culture and system of CPSU’s mobilization consist this part. In the third part, the author emphasized on how to shape the image of Pavlik, which can turn a rebarbative boy into a shining hero. This part is consist of how to select a typical figure, how to establish his shining image, and Pavlik’s character in different period which keep abreast of the times. In the fourth part, the author talked about how to propagandize Pavilik. In this part, the author discussed the issue from five sections:the judicial department, the high level of the CCCP, the media, the education, and others. In the fifth part, the author discussed the purpose of fabricating Pavlik:to accelerate the industrialization, to control the whole society, and to bring up new Soviet people. The three purpose are also use to consolidate Stalin’s political power. In the sixth part, the author analyzed the influence of fabricating Pavlik. The essay mainly discussed this issue from the passive aspect and proposed four view:fabricating Pavlik had made informing insane and common, distorted the society, made legal institution in the CCCP heavily damaged, and finally lead to the CPSU’s ruling legitimacy swayed. In the last part, the author summarized the whole opinions in the essay.
