Community Child Protection Network To Build A Comprehensive Study

Protection of children is a problem which can lead concern to world and region, how to effectively carry out policy to protect the rights of children, so that keep children from violence, abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, and help families and communities that child survival to strengthen their capabilities,to form a good awareness and atmosphere for child protection, has been an important problem for governments and social figures need to solve. Children tragic events frequently happened, reflects the absence of the Chinese government in the field of child protection functions. How to reasonablely distribute and reorganize the resource to protect children, is the key to our children’s welfare transform the Pratt&Whitney type into moderate welfare.This paper based on the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the theory of children’s rights and social support network theory,as a full-text support.The use of literature, comparative analysis, field observation expand community-based child protection networks to build a comprehensive research affairs. The author analyse child abuse incidents that exposured by the media recently, analyze the status of domestic, reflet the responsibilities of children’protection are not clearly be drawn, the legal system is not perfect, professional issues such as the lack of protection of our children, and demonstrate need to build a comprehensive network protection to the community children the.
