Endowment insurance law in our country is not perfect in the whole legalsystem, especially, there are some realistic problems not been solved well, but itis a matter of overall situation, endowment insurance law is a very importantcomponent in the social insurance legal system in our country. In recent years, thetopic about pension increasingly attract attention of the whole society, expertsand scholars in other fields began to show their ideas through writing papers ormaking books. In this paper, the author hopes to discuss from the law perspectiveto discuss the defects in the legal system of endowment insurance in China, andput forward the Suggestions of perfecting our country’s endowment insurancelegal system through comparing the foreign endowment insurance legal system toChinese,. Hope for trying to do something for the perfection of legal system ofendowment insurance in China.This paper is divided into ifve chaptersIn The first chapter introduction, this paper analyzes the selected topicbackground and significance of topics, and lists the innovations and deficienciesof this paper.In The second chapter of endowment insurance legal system in China isshowed，and background, significance are discussed.In The third chapter, the legal system of endowment insurance in our countrywill be discussed, the deifciency of endowment insurance legal system in Chinaand reform and development of achievements in the decades will be analyzed.In The fourth chapter, there are six countries of endowment insurance legalsystem being analyzed, including developing countries and developed countries,some experiences to perfect the endowment insurance legal system in China willbe provided though horizontal comparison.In the Fifth chapter, the paper sums up some aspects which need to beprotected in the legal system of endowment insurance of our country throughthe analysis of the endowment insurance legal system at home and abroadcombining the reality in China encountered in the development，such as agingpopulation, pension double-track. Finally, a more suitable for China’s economic sustainable healthy development, social harmony and stability of insurance ofendowment insurance legal system can be built.
