Urbanization is the historical mission of our modernization during the newcenturies．In the near future，the population in the cities will outpace in thecountryside．It is the symbol of the coming urbanization times．And the newintensive intelligent green low-carbon urbanization way will make great changes tothe capital、labour and estate. It will take a great challenge to our traditional urbanmanagement，it will ask the government to keep up the moving of the moderntimes. And it also asks the government to change its’ concept and system of urbanmanagement. Urban management is more vital than ever in the new centuries.However， for a long time Administrative law enforcement of city management isstill backward to the development of the city.As a capital city，Hohhot City typically reflects the problems of the systemof the administrative law enforcement of city management． They are: lack ofuniform enforcement powers, it made unable and component of forces；thedislocation on the idea of the administrative law enforcement; the quality of thelaw enforcement officials is very different; the brutality in the administrative lawenforcement happened frequently；Jurisdiction was too broad and lack of essentialrestraining，the legitimacy and rationality of the administrative law enforcementwas often questioned; City planning，construction and management was separated，this made city management of congenital problems. There were also other problems and so on. Combined with my own administrative law enforcement ofcity management experience， I think we should change in the following ways toimprove and perfect system of the administrative law enforcement in citymanagement in the future．We should strengthen legislation，The State Councilformulate the administrative regulations at first， and then The National People’sCongress legislation lawmaking. Strengthen urban management and administrativelaw enforcement team concept of rule of law and legal culture construction qualityis also important. The use of advanced science and technology， improve thefeedback mechanism of urban administrative law enforcement personnel.Strengthen the interaction and coordination of urban management administrativelaw enforcement departments and other means of regional and urban internal lawenforcement departments to improve the management of administrative lawenforcement system in City.
