The construction of the learning，service and innovative oriented Marxist rulingparty is the construction target theory proposed by the18th National People’s Congressof CCP in the new period, and is an important innovation of theory and practice in theparty’s building field. The construction target theory of the party is not only inheriting,enriching and developing the construction of the party’s ideology, but also a positiveresponse to the request of the party’s current era theme and social development. It will bethe overall requirement and action guide of the party construction in the new historicalperiod.
