Government Respond To Public Sentiment Of Urban Management

With the rapid expansion in China’s urban and the management philosophy lagging behind, urban management is also increasingly difficult to increase. Because the city manager directly linked with the interests of the survival of vulnerable groups, they always become the object of public opinion blamed. But facing of the surging public opinion, the government response always has a lot of mistakes. So These responses from government Can not change the negative public opinion, On the contrary the negative public opinion is more serious.Combining quantitative research method and qualitative research method, this article selects ten case of urban management happening the last three years to research, and summarizes the law of public opinion development and the Reasons for the changes.On the basis of the above, this paper makes an analysis Government Response about urban management in five aspects:response speed, response level, response channels, response content, and response results. This paper also summarizes some successful experience and misconduct lessons about urban management for government.In the last part of this article, the authors propose improvement plan to change the negative public opinion of urban management in institution building, Social value, and response skills.
