A Study Of Media Public Relations In The Critical Incident In Urban Management

With the rapid expansion in China's urban,urban management becomes more difficult for the government.In recent years,the conflicts aggravate between vendors and managers,which puzzled many cities of China.When the violence behaviors happen,it will be reported immediately and be the focus of attention of the public.The problem of urban management affects the relation between the government and the Public,and is even an impediment to social and economic development.On the basis of the above,this paper makes an analysis of government's response about urban management and also summarizes some successful experience and misconduct lessons about urban management for government.This paper uses different kind of methods,like material analysis method,System Analysis Method,making the research of the relationship between public and government in the urban management,and making the system analysis to the research.In terms of content,it mainly includes four parts:part 1,makes an explanation of the meaning of urban management,and an introduction of urban management,public relationship.part 2,introduces the current situation and dilemma of the media public relations in the urban management.From the two aspects of the media relations period in the urban management and law enforcement,we can see that,there are many problems,for example: the damage of the government's image and authority,high propagation speed,huge negative effect,limited communication channels,loopholes in laws and regulations.part3,make an analyses of the public relations crisis and figure out why it happens from multi-level and different aspects,for example: the imperfection of the law enforcement system,the subject of public relations crisis,the object and the transmission,and so on.At the end of the paper,I provided some improvement and suggestions to change the negative public emotions and effects of urban management and to improve the response skills.Last but not least,to change the current situation of the law enforcement system,the supervision,to focus on the public relationship building,to solve the problem of the public relations crisis effectively.In general,based on the reality of the urban management,with the basis of the journalism and management,we put forward to some advices to solve the key problem.
