Great changes have taken place in China’s economic, social and cultural lifesince the reform and opening-up policy30years ago. The diversity of subjects ofinterest, the distribution, the way of employment and the forms of economicorganization witness the bright prospect of the great Chinese nation. But aconsiderable amount of moral deterioration exists in the society variously, and itnumerously tests people’s moral base line. It is not enough to solely rely on thegovernment regulatory power to change this situation. Nor can the problemfundamentally be solved. The nation’s future not only needs the powerful ability tocreate material wealth, but also needs to improve the overall ideological and moralqualities. Children are flowers of the motherland, the future of the nation, andsuccessors of socialism. So it is vital important in terms of the overall development ofthe children. Young Pioneers’ Organization, as a children organization and anideological education position, has a profound impact on the growth of children. Todo the Young Pioneers work well has a far-reaching significance. But in the currentsociety, the role of the Young Pioneers’ organization is facing many challenges. Thisarticle briefly introduces the background, current status and research methods, andpoints out the problems of the Young Pioneers’ organization on the basis of in-depthinvestigation, namely the basic knowledge education of the Young Pioneers’organization is not solid enough, and the Pioneers’ Organization lacks a sense ofbelonging and identity from the young pioneers. The qualities of Young Pioneerscounselors are uneven. The young pioneers’ counselors cannot get the correspondingtreatment. This article deals with the causes of the problems, and puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures through deep analysis, that is, to improve theunderstanding of its work, strengthen the specialization of Young Pioneers counselors,introduce the activities of the Young Pioneers and course construction, cultivate smallcadre of Young Pioneers, promote integration of the Young Pioneers and schooleducation, and provides a reference for the new era of the Young Pioneers’organization.
