In order to explore the organizational identity of Tibetan primary school students to the young pioneers,and further construct the theoretical system of organizational identity of primary school students,this paper uses the young pioneers organizationalidentity scale(Y-OIQ)to select 460 primary school students from three full-time primary schools in Tibet Autonomous Region for research,through descriptive statistical analysis to understand the status quo of organizational identity of young pioneers of primary school students,through factor analysis and t-test and other methods This paper analyzes the influence of various variables on organizational identity,and draws the following conclusions:most primary school students’ organizational identity is good,but there are some problem students.In terms of gender differences,girls’ organizational identity is significantly better than boys;in terms of ethnic differences,there is no significant difference in primary school students’ organizational identity.In terms of age difference,organizational identity decreases with the increase of students’ age.In terms of grade difference,the score of organizational identity of the fourth grade young pioneers is significantly higher than that of the fifth grade young pioneers.On the difference between urban and rural areas,there is no significant difference in the score of students’ organizational identity between agricultural and pastoral areas and cities or towns.On the difference of school type,there is no significant difference in the score of organizational identity between ordinary primary school students and key primary school students.On the difference of father’s educational background,the score of organizational identity of young pioneers whose father’s educational background is university or above is significantly higher than that of young pioneers whose father’s educational background is junior high school.On the difference of mother’s educational background,there is no significant difference between different mother’s educational background and the score of young pioneers’ organizational identity.On the difference of fathers’ occupation,the scores of organizational identity of young pioneers whose fathers are farmers or herdsmen are significantly higher than those whose fathers are workers;the scores of organizational identity of young pioneers whose fathers are government cadres are significantly higher than those whose fathers are workers;the scores of organizational identity of young pioneers whose fathers are teachers and cadres are higher than those whose fathers are workers The score of organizational identity of young pioneers of science and technology personnel and medical and health personnel is significantly higher than that of young pioneers whose father is a worker.On the difference of mother occupation,the total score of organizational identity of young pioneers whose mother occupation is farmer or herdsman is significantly higher than that of young pioneers whose mother occupation is worker;the total score of organizational identity of young pioneers whose mother occupation is business service personnel,government cadres,staff,enterprise managers and teachers,scientific and technological personnel,medical and health personnel is extremely significant The total score of organizational identity of young pioneers whose mothers were workers was higher than that of young pioneers whose mothers were workers.On the difference of one-child,whether one-child or not has no significant effect on the total score of organizational identity of young pioneers.On the difference of student cadres,whether they are student cadres or not has no significant effect on the total score of organizational identity of young pioneers.
