The Historical Research Of The Young Pioneers Of China

The Young Pioneers of China(be called for short Young Pioneers)is our children attend formal organization,has the characteristics of children and political.The Chinese Young Pioneers(hereinafter referred to as the "Young Pioneers")is a formal organization of children and young people in China.It is characterized by children and politics.It plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the majority of young children to become builders and successors of socialism and communism with Chinese characteristics.Whether it is to provide opportunities and challenges for the development of children and adolescents from social development,the research needs of the relevant disciplines of the Young Pioneers,or the driving force of individual research,it is necessary to conduct historical research on the Young Pioneers.Only by seriously taking a historical perspective can we further understand the organization of the Young Pioneers and look back at the history of the Young Pioneers organization and provide experience and support for the current and future Young Pioneers reform work.Through the collection and collation of literature and the exchange of experience between individuals and relevant experts,this paper divides the development process of the Young Pioneers into four stages: 1922-the germination period of the Young Pioneers in 1949;the initial construction of the Young Pioneers in 1949-1966 Period;1966-the ruin period of the Young Pioneers in 1976;1976-the reform period of the Young Pioneers.The comparative research method is used to summarize the basic organizational elements of each stage of the Young Pioneers,namely the nature and purpose of the organization,organizational culture,organizational members,organizational structure,organizational activities,organizational management changes,and explore the characteristics of the development of the Young Pioneers organization.For the purpose of this paper,the development of the Young Pioneers organization is the focus.From the history to the present,its development process is the basis for the development of the current and future Young Pioneers.Its experience and shortcomings have implications for the development of the Young Pioneers.By enhancing children's participation in socialwork,on the one hand,enrich the work content of the Young Pioneers,on the other hand,promote the realization of the development of children and adolescents;learn from the children's social work methods,and play the role of the Young Pioneers in organizing the education of children and adolescents.We will build a good working environment from the three aspects of ideology,institutional management and social services,and create an atmosphere of support for the management of the Young Pioneers.In addition,strengthen the exchange and learning of the Young Pioneers Organization and the International Children and Youth Organization,innovate the content and form of activities,and make full use of the activities of the Young Pioneers to unite and educate the vast number of children and adolescents.
