Study On The Organization And Construction Of Young Pioneers In Yunnan Border Area

The Chinese young pioneers is a group organization of Chinese young children founded and led by the Communist Party of China and entrusted to the Communist Youth League.Since its establishment on October 13,1949,the young pioneers have carried out the party's educational policy in an all-round way,carried out a series of lively practical activities closely around the overall situation of the party and the state,and trained generations of socialist builders and successors according to the characteristics of the age of young children.When the young pioneers of China built China's team at 70 th anniversary,general secretary Xi Jinping wrote congratulations when he stressed that the young pioneers should be a school for young children to learn socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism,and should be a reserve team for building socialism and communism.This also shows that the current organization of young pioneers does not meet such requirements.The traditional security and other challenges faced by the border areas are more important for the construction of China's young pioneers.As the builders and successors of socialism,it is necessary for national security and development to cultivate children's basic political identification ability and rational political tendency.Exploring the development of the organization and construction of the young pioneers in the border areas not only broadens the research path of the organization of the young pioneers,but also provides ideas for the organization and construction of the young pioneers in the border areas,which has important value and significance for maintaining the security of the border areas of the country and strengthening the ideological and consciousness education of the young children.This research selects the young pioneers of six primary schools in Dehong Prefecture and the counselors of the young pioneers' big and middle teams for questionnaire survey and interview,mainly from the organizational structure of the young pioneers,the current development of the young pioneers' organization,the cognition of the members,the construction of the positions of the young pioneers and the professionalization of the counselors.Based on the current situation of the organization construction of the young pioneers in theborder areas,this paper finds out the existing problems and their causes,finds out the countermeasures suitable for the organization construction of the young pioneers in the border areas,and provides suggestions.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper focuses on the origin of the topic,the purpose of the study,the content and methods of the study.After reading a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,and summarizes the existing research.The second part describes the current situation of the development of young pioneers in the border areas.Through the statistical results of the questionnaire data,the interviews of young pioneers and counselors were sorted out.The third part is to sort out the problems existing in the process of organization and construction of young pioneers in border ethnic areas,mainly including the problems of irregular organization and management of young pioneers,low degree of specialization of counselors,and school support.The fourth part analyzes the causes of these problems in the third part,which are mainly caused by the imperfect organization mechanism of young pioneers,the unrealized hierarchical education of young pioneers,and the weak construction of counselors.The fifth part is about the problems existing in the organizational construction of the frontier young pioneers,and how to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,we should strengthen the standardization of the organization of the young pioneers;second,we should promote the school level management of the young pioneers;third,we should carry out the professional construction of the counselors of the young pioneers;finally,we should innovate and enrich the organizational education culture of the young pioneers.
