We can see that the implementation of urbanization in the new period of thinking depends on the implementation of the work of the Office of Urban Street Town,and the quality of the urbanization implementation related to the work of the Subdistrict office situation directly.However,in the long-term work practice,the staff of subdistrict office has always faced the pressure of work,such as the pressures of the number of work,the work salary and so on.The urbanization goal in the new period also made the staff in the street and town office face more challeges in the work,resulting in the grass-roots office workers working pressure increasing,so this group gradually appeared burnout tendency,It is of great importance to study the specific pressure faced by the staff in subdistrict office and the degree of burnout,and to explore the relationship between the two,and finally put forward the management countermeasures to eliminate the burnout.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 222 workers in Chongqing Hualongqiao Subdistrict Office and Guandu Town in Hechuan District.Based on the results of the questionnaire,the questionnaire survey was carried out on the current situation of Chongqing urban street Finally,the regression analysis method was used to study the relationship between different job stressors and the different aspects of job burnout and its various dimensions,and the relationship between job burnout and job burnout was analyzed.The results show that the staffs of subdistrict office have high occupational burnout level.There are significant differences in the level of job burnout among the staffs of different ages and working years.The work pressure of staff in Chongqing subdistrict office is different.Based on the result of statistical analysis,we put forward some countermeasures to relieve the pressure of the staff in subdistrict office and eliminate the burnout.
