A Research On The Countermeasures To Strengthen The Current Ideological And Political Work Of The Party And The Government Under The New Condition

Starting form the rule of the part and government’s ideological and politicalwork(shortened as PW) history, the paper tried to find the necessity and countermeasures tostrengthen the PW under the market economy situation. On one hand, the paper analyzed thechanges of Party and government cadres and the challenges to traditional ways of ideologicaland political works. On the other hand, basing on the historical rules and the realistic status ofthe PW, the paper gives methods to solve the questions.The research is based on Historical materialism. The point is to find the rules of thework itself, the object of the work, and the management of the work system，in order to givetheory support to the PW. According to the analysis, the conclusion is, the PW has to bestrengthened by three elements: one, the work must adhere to the centre work of the Partyand the Government. Two, the work must keep an eye on the reality of the cadres’ thought.The last one, a powerful system to guarantee the PW is indispensable.
