China’s rapid economic development, the market economy continues to mature, thetransformation of government functions, the policy has become more lenient in the late1990s, China’s growing number of non-governmental organizations, as they continue togrow, they are playing in different areas important role. Along with the rapid developmentof the economy is coming increasingly prominent environmental issues, as "governmentfailure" and "market failure", only to rely on the traditional way of solving environmentalproblems of government and market, environmental issues are unlikely to be effectivelyaddressed, while governance theory in China continue to develop, research scholars areincreasingly in-depth, these theories are constantly applied to the country’s governancepractices. My Government also continued attention to environmental issues related to theintroduction of the concept of governance, such as non-governmental organizationsinvolved in environmental protection provides a good theoretical basis.
