In2007, the proportion of suicide among civil servants increased by3.5%compared that of2003, and a sharp increase in2012. Nowadays, they are commonlyfacing great psychological pressures, including that of work, life and organization.The phenomenon of suicide among civil servant is not in accordance with the masses,which is due to the special working environment, especially from the aggravation ofofficialdom and high pressure again and again. It’s essential to interveneadministratively on suicide to make up of the legislation defect, and also obedient ofthem is the benign foundation. Meanwhile, the combination of refined experiencefrom Taiwan, Japan and Germany and the defect on the relative field in our countrywould effectively bring out the reasonable regulations and concept. Administrativeaggravation is divided into three parts: preventive intervention before-hand,intervention in process and intervention afterwards. Thus, the paper brings out aperfect suicide administrative aggravation legislation, to build up psychological crisisintervention system, to consolidate the training system and create fair recruit systemetc, all of them are aimed to take effect in suicide among civil servants.
