Innovation of social management will promote legal education newthinking and practice, the legal system education should actively response and grasp theopportunity and innovation of social management as a new development background and theopportunity to find its own development direction in the new context.Our country is in the period of social transformation, the profound social changes toagriculture, rural areas and farmers have a huge impact. The deepening of the rural reforms, inspeeding up the rural democratic politics construction, and promote rural economicdevelopment, improve farmers’ living standard at the same time, also caused a series ofproblems affect rural social stability. Rural illegal crime problem gradually become thebiggest factor that influence the rural social stability. Under this circumstances, strengtheningthe rural legal system education, improve the rural legal consciousness become a very urgenttask. In Lixian, Gansu province as the research object, through the analysis of rural Lixianillegal crime present situation and the reasons behind, this paper expounds the necessity ofrural education of legal system; Again with the innovation of social management as thebreakthrough point, to explore the relationship between rural education of legal system andsocial management; Then through to the rural Lixian of the investigation of the status quo ofthe legal system education, combing the deficiency of the Lixian rural education of legalsystem; Finally with innovation of social management as the background, the integrated useof thought politics related theory, put forward to strengthen the path of the legal systemeducation in the countryside.And rural education of legal system of social management has the inherent dialectical relationship between the dialectical relationship between displays in: first, the innovation ofsocial management is the need of strengthening the rural legal system education; Second,strengthen the rural legal system education is conducive to better promote social managementinnovation.
