When global warming has just appeared, it is only scientific research problem, and the scientists point of view there is a conflict, this time, the problem of global warming is an uncertain and controversial scientific questions. However, after the70s and80s of the20th century, from pure scientific research, it magically turned into widely accepted scientific conclusion. The issue further into the problem of international political negotiations and the political game problems between the countries. It started seem certain to be the political consensus exists.This study mainly analyzes the politicization of the global warming process, study how what forces involved in this process, what events, what is the deep reason, and what effect.Content of the first part of the article summarizes the problem of global warming, illuminates the evolution history of the issue of global warming.(uncertain scientific prediction, gradually transformed into a certain political consensus, and then become the focus of international political negotiations.)The second part analyzes the scientific problems of global warming debate, explain the problem of "global warming is a scientific conclusion or scientific prediction",.and shows the scientific uncertainty of global warming, It belongs to the scientific community for a prediction of future climate change, but not a scientific conclusion.The third part of the article analyzes the70s and80s of the20th century’s major events and major power in different years.(The global warming from scientific prediction to the political evolution of the process).The fourth part of the article studied the reasons for the politicization of global warming from uncertain scientific prediction to the political consensus.The fifth part of the article analyzes what impacts the politicization of global warming would have to China.
