Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Local Government's Functions Of Social Management In China

It is a very important and risky period that China has stepped in during the modernization process. With the development of society, social lifestyle changed rapidly social structure divided, and the view of social value diversified. So many social contradictions appeared especially in the economic development of current China, which is a great challenge to the social integration and the remain of harmonious society. The local government should transform the governmental function and enhance social management to maintain stability of the society. But it is prominent problem that government's executing social administration doesn' t conform to the need of social development. Above all the study on the government' s executing social administration is very important in theory and reality.It is creative to use the concept of public service in broad sense and social administration in narrow sense in the thesis, which is helpful to study and analysis the related problem in the local government' s social administration, while I put forward some solution to those problems above will be helpful to improve the government' s social administration, enhance the reform of government' s social administration and lay a good foundation for the building of harmonious socialism society.With a specific point of view this thesis makes a general investigation, analysis and classifies the problems in process of government' s executing social administration. After analysis the deep reason, it also brings up solution to the problems.
