The Study On The Optimization Of Administrative Approval Procedure Based On The Adminidstration Of Government Performance

The construction of government with performance has become a trend ofadministrative reform. The optimization of administrative approval procedure, as animportant part of management of government performance, reflects directly theadministrative efficiency and service level of the government. Under the circumstance ofspeeding up of the world economic integration, how to reform and perfect administrativeapproval procedure in order to cope with the needs of the social and economic developmentin the new times has become an common goal for administrative departments of all levels.This article will first analyze the connotation,development and the logistic agreementof performance management and the administrative approval management of thegovernment with reflection on the advanced experiences of developed countries in the westand advanced cities in China. Then, taken the present situation of the administrativeapproval procedure of foreign investment enterprises in TS as the example, the article willanalyze how to optimize the administrative approval procedure of foreign investmententerprises in TS by using the theory of performance management for thegovernment.Finally, the article will present the basic principles and measures to cope withoptimization of administrative approval procedure.
