A Study On The Governance Of Street Children Rescue In Ji’nan City Based On Polycentric Perspective

On the " street children " in the topic has always been a major issue of concern to thecommunity in general, domestic scholars and international organizations. It is preciselybecause it has a high degree of attention, so about life situation of street children, causes,research and so on in full swing rescue mode to carry forward, and made no smallachievement. Since its founding, the Chinese government has always attached greatimportance to rescue street children work and made some achievements in the cause ofstreet children in relief, on this basis, street children rescue work there are also somedisadvantages, needs improvement.This article includes five parts:The first part is a fundamental part of the whole article, including the researchbackground, describes research methods and possible innovations and much more, alsocarding a review of domestic and foreign research on street children, and the review ofexisting research made the assessment.The second part is related to the concept of street children rescue has defined the statusand distribution of wandering, causes and distribution-related issues such as children wereelaborated for polycentric governance theory background, connotation and significancedetailed instructions.The third part is the pass to rescue street children in Jinan Protection Center conducteda field investigation, the case of staff interviews, obtained by combining data analysishomeless street children in Jinan reasons, living conditions and basic conditions, and theCentre Rangers Save the Children has been effective in " multi-center " rescue weresummarized.The fourth part of the problem and the lack of street children in Jinan City "multi-center " rescue exists analyzed and summarized.The fifth part is to explore the lack of Jinan City " multi-center " rescue existed.
