| The pub lic security organs and the police force are important tools ofpeop le’s democratic dictatorship and nationa l public armed security force of theadministration and crimina l jud ic ial power, whic h are set up to fight aga inst theenemy, protect the people, crush the cr ime, serve the people and safeguardnatio nal secur ity and socia l stability. However, our nationa l police teamconstruction still has many proble ms, such as the low working enthusias m ofpolice, high working pressure and poor enforceme nt of laws and so on. Thoseproblems are seriously restricting the public security’s functions into full play.With the socia l deve lopment, the overall qua lity of the police is much higherexpected and it is an urgent task to strengthen the quality of the police forceconstruction.
