Social Organizations Involved In Grassroots Social Governance Research

Presently, the reform in China develops gradually from the economic domain to the social field and the way and structure of management in grassroots society is undergoing a tremendous change. Problems arisen from it includes a variety of complex interests, constantly changing interest results and widening gap between interests. The model the government organizing grassroots society governance in the era of the planned economy has been unable to meet the needs of social development, which requires constant innovation for the mechanism of grass-roots society governance in China and realizing the diversification of grassroots society governance according to the reality of society.Social organization is the bridge and link used by the government in connecting with the masses, reaching the market and understanding the grass-roots society. It is also an important factor in building a scientific and democratic system of social management and promoting the innovation of social management. This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance of the topic and summarizes the research results both at home and abroad. It also analyzes the theories of civil society, government failure, market failure, cooperation and good governance, which provides a theoretical support for the social organizations’ participation in the mechanism construction of rural community governance. Based on the actual situation of Zhoushan District, participation of social organizations in the rural community governance is studied. Secondly, the paper studies the problems of social organization at the present stage from various angles and sums up problems faced by social organizations in participating in the governance of grassroots community. Then, aiming at the difficulties faced by social organizations, the paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of social organization construction and external environment construction etc. Finally, on the basis of the whole paper, it sums up the system construction of innovative social organizations’ participating in rural community governance in order to achieve the social organizations’ full role in grassroots society governance and improve its level of social management. I hope thatI can make my own contribution to the related research of Chinese social organizations’ participating in grassroots society governance.
