The article attempts to explore the common requirement of the sound progress to the rural economic organization through the research of the self-governance transition of the rural economic organization. Thereby provide some used reference for the healthy development of other rural social organizations. So through analysis find the cause of the problem and propose some countermeasures to solve that dilemma. Through the research of the rural economic organization of YiDangwan village come to the conclusion that:the development of the rural economic organizations should match with the condition of the local economy.Sound development of rural economic organization needs the funds and policy support from government, meanwhile certain principle must be obeyed in the development. Not only the common request of sound development of rural social organization provides experience for the growth and transition of other rural economic organization, but also is a guidance significance for the governmental policy making.
