The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Deliberative Democracy At The Grass-roots Level

Deliberative democracy is a form of modern democracy based on the principles of majority, it the Central Committee pointed out a document made clear that politi is an ideal and have a solid foundation. In the 65 anniversary of the founding of the Chinese people’s political consultative conference is pointed out that the socialist deliberative democracy,it is unique form of Chinese socialist democratic politics and unique advantage,it is important embodiment in the field of politics in the mass line of the communist party of China.In this year at three times the 12 th meeting of the CPPCC national committee put forward the new advantages of deliberative democracy,to further promote the development of deliberative democracy,in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to contribute to the Chinese dream. This shows that our understanding of deliberative democracy has reached a higher level,All these lay the foundations for the advancing of deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level in our country. In recent years,deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level in our country by all means get a certain development,has made tremendous progress,but based on the actual situation of the grass roots level we can still find some problems to be solved,such as In some parts of democratic consultation become a mere formality,vulnerable groups to participate in inequality,lack of self-awareness and other villagers to participate.This paper reviews and summarizes the consultation process of democratic practice in China’s rural grass-roots level,combing the basic context of innovation and development,and analyzes the achievements,revealing the existence of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper argues that the development of deliberative democracy at the grassroots level from none to exist in our country,and gradually improve the process,in practice,we can not be so anxious to meet the actual countryside but should gradually develop,in order to better promote the construction of China’s grass roots level democracy.
