| During the process of our cities' rapid development, due to the cognitive level of the city's basic development laws, the local finance, and investment and building institutional constraints, a batch of city villages appear, i.e. villages in the city, which almost have no empty lands owing to building confiscation and actually have lost the rural economic structure and basically have been surrounded by cities. With the city's further development and the block of , dual structure, the further marginalizing of villages in the city is increasingly becoming a problem, which influences the concerted development, function improvement of cities and the further improvement of the quality of life. It has become an important subject for the cities' government how to cure this integrated disease which came into being owing to multiple historical reasons.By realizing the necessity of reconstructing villages in the city, the difficulty and risks of reconstruction, and on the present work base of reconstruction of villages in the cities, this article analysed the main problems existing in the transformation process of villages in the city, such as the funds for reconstruction villages in the city, the problem of the land owning changing from village's collective to the state, the development problem of the village's collective joint-stock companies after its reformation, and summed up the experience and enlightenment of reconstructing villages in Wuhan city.Through analyzing the main problems existing in transforming process, this article's opinion is that the reconstruction funds should be emphasized , the resettlement of landless peasants should be solved and economic development should be well managed after the collective economy changing into share economy, any of which relates to the vital interests of the people and is the important factor of influencing social stability.Finally, several suggestions aiming at the above mentioned problems, are provided in this article...
