Study On Renovation Of Housing Problems In The City Villages Of Binhai New Area Jinzhou

Replanning the transformation of the Renovation work of city villages in Binhai area Jinzhou within the scope of the task,involving a total of six natural villages:Tiandong Village,Liangtun Village,South Wangjia,Baitaizi Village,North Wangjia,Tianxi Village.In addition to the transformation of six nutural villages,but also related to four key projects within the region of housing and ground attachments to levy to ensure that key projects landing inclouding the 365 customer service projects,the Bohai University project,the North Petrochemical project,and Agricultural School project.Based on the actual situation of the transformation of the villages in the Binhai New Area,this paper mainly studies the problems in the process of the transformation of the villages in the city,and finds out the causes of the problems and puts forward the solutions according to the problems.The first part is based on the way of field investigation system analysis and data induction to introduce the renovation of housing problems.It is the introduction of the paper's background,significance,and aim,pointing out the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second part introduces the present situation of the village in the city,including the definition,classification,status,characteristics and transformation of the village in the city.The existing problems of the reconstruction of city villages are put forward in the third part,including the expropriation difficulties of the reconstruction of the village housing,lack of funding,the housing certification and approval problems,and resettlement of villagers after the reconstrction.Also,the reasons producing from the problems can be found through the investigation.The fourth part introduces some suggestions for solving these problems,including timely improving the expropriation compensation scheme,reducing financial pressure,solving historical problem according to the law,and the resettlement and security work of the villagers.The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis.The purpose of this paper is to study the reconstruction of city's villages in Jinzhou Binhai New Area and the existing problems of the zone,to make District Administrative Committee pay more attention to the reconstruction of the village.At the same time,District Administrative Committee can find problems and solve the problem in a timely manner,and effectively improve the villagers' living standards.
