Research On Inner Mongolia Migrant Workers’ Citizenization

With the rapid development of economy in Inner Mongolia, the urbanization process will gradually become the inevitable trend of social development. At present, our country is not canceled two urban and rural household registration system, therefore, objectively impeded the process of transformation of city, affecting migrant workers public identity. Migrant workers even from the rural to the city, but the social security, public services and wages and city residents have great difference. This paper argues that for the present migrant workers are in the city edge, they can’t really enjoy and ordinary citizens equal protection and welfare. Inner Mongolia also there is still the question: in the city development process in the emergence of a large number of migrant workers phenomenon, but they cannot enjoy the same treatment with the public. Therefore, this paper on how to accelerate the transformation of the citizenization of migrant workers, identity of the region to accelerate the process of city, has the practical significance, must at the same time, contribute to the relevant theoretical results further enrich the research of the city.This paper takes the city of theory as the guide, combined with the data of actual sampling survey, migrant workers in Inner Mongolia area as the research object, study its constraints in the city transition in the process of identity, mainly includes the following six aspects: the rural land circulation, two urban and rural household register system, social security system is not perfect, education the children of migrant workers, migrant workers unfair city poor living conditions and the quality of migrant workers is not high. On this basis, from the system level to explore ideas and ways to solve the problem, mainly contains three aspects: speeding up the reform of the rural land system, improve the existing household registration system and gradually improve the social security system. It also puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the corresponding, include to improve the education of children of migrant workers, migrant workers conditions- channel to improve housing conditions, many aspects of enhance the employability of migrant workers and enhance the level of social security of migrant workers and so on four aspect contents, purpose extracted from the universal and practical research results, suggestions for city urbanization. At the same time, in order to provide reference for the government to promote the citizenization of migrant workers in the aspects of decision making in urbanization process of Inner Mongolia city.
