Rural Endowment Problems And Countermeasures

In realizing two hundred’s China dream and constructing socialist harmonious society, solving domestic villagers’ endowment problems well not only matters happiness of old villagers’ lives but also contributes a lot to construction of new socialist country.Practical survey and document studying methods are put into use base on the case of Laobian district, Yingkou city to propose some advices on domestic village endowment problems. The whole thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is mainly focus on the meaning of this article and theory studying results on this subject researched by experts abroad and domestically. In the second part, a general description to domestic village endowment problems as well as related conceptions is sketched. Also, differences and similarities are analyzed before and after the time of 1978. The third part is mainly about the case of Laobian district, Yingkou city, general describe basic status of village endowment. Results from survey are concluded, which demonstrate village endowment ways mainly include family endowment, social endowment and self endowment. Of the fourth part, some problems exists in Laobian district, Yingkou city are pointed out which are low social endowment ability, low level of village social security, simple way of security and short period ineffectiveness self endowment. All these reasons are that low level of village economy development, old conception of village endowment and delay of social department construction. The fifth part mainly introduces the necessity of solving the domestic village endowment problems. Measures in solving village endowment problems include building a system of integration of urban and rural areas of social security and adding social endowment facilities, promoting endowment level. Also, we should rationally take reference of advanced endowment model abroad and establish a practical model suitable to villages’ status.
